Excellent service and good selection of beef cuts. Salad buffet could be better: too much sushi, not so much leaves and vegetables.

The experience at this restaurant was absolutely fantastic. All of the meats and seafood were succulent, well seasoned and cooked to perfection. The lobster tail tender and one of the best I have ever had. They salad bar was great and they even had sashimi. I would have like to had more varieties of fish but the salmon was fresh and tasty. The customer service was exceptional and I would definitely return.

Best churrascoria in Sao Luis. The staff are very accommodating and courteous. The owner really cares about the quality of service in his restaurant and will personally make sure that your experience is one to remember. The food will far exceed your expectations of any steakhouse. Whether you want to enjoy the meats, seafood or the sides, all will be a delectable meal for any taste. If you enjoy Brazilian fine dining you have to try Rossini, it will be an amazing experience that you will enjoy every time you are in Sao Luis.
