Aram Beach & Convention

The hotel is awful, no two ways around it. Also, I'm not one to give negative reviews. I'm easy to please. But they really dropped the ball.nnWe arrived at our room, first thing I was suspicious was that it had a key lock when other rooms had a card lock. Once we went in, there was no phone, no garbage bin, no chair, no information pamphlets, no stationary, nothing. We could hear the baby crying in the next room as if it was happening in our room which led us to discover that the wall had an opening connecting to other room. Big enough to see someone close to the window in next room. On the phone they said they had blackout curtains, but the room had openings on the side of the windows not covered by the blackout curtains. So as soon as the sun rose, 5am, we were up. Then, water heater wasn't working.nnOther than the bin, the hot water, the chair and the phone, we also asked for extra blankets, as we had our daughter with us and her bed didn't have one. They said they would bring it, fix it, etc. Nothing was done.nnThe second day I threw a fit in the reception. They promised to move me to another room. Then it was a more normal room, still water heater problems, no garbage bin, awful internet.nnAwful hotel. The only positive aspect is that beds are comfortable. I cannot even mention the location as a positive because there are other better hotels in the region.

It's a nice hotel but you'd think that would be nicer for the photos and pricetag. But it is very comfortable and has a nice location.

Old hotel, but the accommodation was ok, comfortable room. People friendly and helpful. the swimming pool was very dirty.
