Porto de Galinhas Resort & SPA

The service is amazing, the food is great, the beach is beautiful. However the hotel administration need to improve 1- the administration of the beach area should have seats and shades on the beach. Don’t have anything there is just lame. 2- it’s a hotel not a Brazilian motel please make real bathrooms on the rooms. Glass around can be fun for a night but not for a hole staying with family. Also, some hocks for wet towels would be nice. Next time I’m lol be back to other resorts that offers better accomodations

Lovely place and great location. More tailored towards those looking for live music and constant entertainment. I found the constant music and games a bit distracting while trying to read by the ocean. Similarly the staff was a bit overwhelmed during the high season. Probably just the growing pains of launching. In any case these beaches are some of the most beautiful out there.

Great place and rooms but food needs strong variety improvement

Place is good , staff is pretty good too . However WiFi was not the best , tv sucks , food wasn’t good . Meat was hard , not well cooked . If you asked me if I would go back ? Hum... maybe for the staff but personally I won’t . Would try new options around .

Beautiful hotel, nice restaurant with good options. However there are no stores or other restaurants in a 2 to 3 km radius, so you will be isolated and your only option is getting a taxi if you want food options or if you have to buy anything.nTv wasnt working for most of my stay and wifi wouldnt reach my room.nHowever, pool close to the beach is great. Manager was super nice.
