It's in the middle of a roundabout in the centre of town. I don't think it gets used for staging concerts of any kind, which is a pity. I would imagine the acoustic would be quite good, it needs a big Brazilian pop band to come and play there and put Nova Esparanca on the Brazilian music map.nnConcha Acústica appears to be in reasonably good condition, although at the moment it appears to be a kids playground.nnWake up Nova Esperance, put on a Brazilian pop concert, Brazil has some great traditional bands who would love the opertunity to play in your delightful town and it would perhaps put some pride into your citizens to take more of an interest in their rather faded town centre.
