Hotel Intercity Teresópolis

One of the employees was rude to us as she did not know I was able to speak Portuguese. Even when she realized that she had made a mistake, she didn't apologize for that.

A very crisp feeling from start to end. Very friendly staff with a professional air to their movement. The hotel is near the city centre and within walking distance to very good restaurants and other city sites. The hotel's restaurant serves a limited variety of food but nonetheless of very good quality. There is also a gift shop with many options of craft beer and some handicraft. The room was very comfortable - much like the first time I stayed here. The bathroom and overall room was very clean and well laid out. This was my second stay and I will definitely stay there again next time I'm in Teresopolis.

Wonderful little hotel. Very clean. Friendly and efficient service (in English!). The breakfast was great too.
