This hotel is located near the center of Novo Hamburgo, on the way to I Fashion shopping mall. The room is good, quiet spacious bathroom, you can even watch a TV from it, so the room is well planned, the working desk is not very convenient. There are no sockets next to the bed, so you can't charge your phone next to you. But what is interesting there is one socket for Americans plugs. There is CNN so you can watch TV in English too. Thank for that. But the quality of WiFi connection is totally not acceptable, especially when you stay for a business purposes and have to work.nWhat's really good , that's a breakfast and general design of the breakfast place and reception. As for Ibis it's very nice.nThe level of service in general is strange, as during a long time like 30 min there could be none at the reception.nAvarage single room rate is 200 R$ included breakfast.
