So this is a fantastic restaurant don't get me wrong. The entrecôte was divine. It melted in your mouth like butter. The setting is fantastic under the trees and the fried polenta, salads even the dessert was superb. All this for USD $50 for two. Where's the problem ?!? Well that's it actually. The price is so much more expensive than its peers that you get the impression the place is driven by greed. In Los Angeles or even Rio the context would compensate but the truth is this restaurant is not so much better that its peers to warrant the eyebrow-raising tab. Maybe because I am a foreigner they decided to go to town and locals would never have to pay that amount. It's true: for me it's a great deal even if they rip me off. But I still feel ripped off after a great meal and I know where to go next time where I won't get ripped off.

Great food, massive portions, nice setting, very attentive service. Prices a bit steep for Porto Alegre, but nothing crazy otherwise.

If you like Great Barbecue & Lots of it you're in the right place. The waiters always on the go with a wide selection of meat and delicious sides and of course it's All-You-Can-Eat. They have a Great wine and beer selection and 2 big screen TVs so you can keep up with your favorite team.
