This year in 2019 .. precisely in April..was the worst trip, I wanted to economize and I regretted it 20 times .. the bus that was traveling was for repair .. they had to take it up to be happy to have it fixed and they took us! The front rail was defective .. a suspension was broken ... the micro without TV service .. stopped at 10 pm to have dinner at a stop where people had to go up where there was a mini bar to eat something ... 04 AM woke us up to ask where we were going, why those who went down in port Alegre went to another bus ... a horror knowing that they have a list of passengers to see the destiny of each one ... in short, we arrived at the 08:50 a cheerful restaurant carried a street where they all told us that there was another bus to pick us up to take us to Florianópolis and Camboriú ... after waiting 2 hours 20 the bus arrived where we no longer had the seats we had chosen why he came with people from another place. We arrived in Florianópolis at 15:20 in the afternoon ... The worst trip of my life .. never again JBL ... Never again pay cheap to travel so ugly. Horrible service.

It's just my experience with the company ... They sold me tickets for a double-decker car from Uruguay to Itapema and nothing like that happened ... The group that provided us with the service was very precarious, we were stranded 3 hours in canoes Brazil without a response from the company .. They brought another unit worse than the first .. We traveled from canoes to Florianópolis without air with 37 degrees ... Be very careful when buying your tickets in Uruguay
