Don’t expect to pay for the metro tickets by card. You need cash. ATM inside does not work. Automatic machines to sell the tickets don’t work either. Staff is helpful, but you still need to have some cash. Otherwise navigation in metro is quite well marked. Btw. the the Se park is overwhelmed by homeless of different kinds, so do not expect to chill there...

One of the most important subway stations in Sao Paulo 'small' underground network, sometimes gets really crowded and also there are rush hours but is still very efficient, except for the lines and bad smell inside the station and corridors sometimes and in the entrances/exits that's ok
