Clearwater Fernando de Noronha

My husband and I are nearing 70, have been certified for about 10 years, and have had only positive experiences with Aguas Claras. The last dive we made with them was two days ago. The staff were communicative, friendly, and responsive to our needs. At one point during the dive, since I had not been sure of the number of weights I needed, one of the staff came and gave me an extra weight without my even having to ask ! Since I personally struggle to get out of the water with the weight of the tank, the captain helped pull up my vest each time I came out of the water!nWe saw Hawksbill turtles, a large nurse shark, rays, moray eel, lobster, amazing schools of fish hiding in caves, and of course all the usual fish.

Absolutely unprofessional. We booked 6 dives per person with them and finally they never come to pick up us at the poussada because we were to close to the port and anybody tell us that we should come to the port directly. When we come to the dive center to understand what’s happened we discover that when the staff on the boat discovered their mistake they refuse to walk 5 min to come to our poussada and pick up us. Result we loose one day of dive. We finally dive with Atlantis divers it was perfect ... they are really professional organized and their staff are really nice !!!

Of all the scuba operators in Noronha we don’t recommend you use this one. The service at their front desk is terrible - the person booking the dives had no idea what diving was about and couldn’t answer basic questions and get the pricing right. The prices are on par with other large agencies. We did two dives are were with a group of ten (!!!) people and three dive masters. It was really busy and overall unpleasant. They should have broken down the groups and tailored it to their divers. Also, some divers were really inexperienced and dove too deep, shortening our first dive to only 30 min. My husband and I had half a tank left and could have continued for another 15 min. The master divers were careful about safety but couldn’t care less at making us discover the local marine fauna and flora. We had 3 days of diving planned in Noronha and after the first day with aguas claras, we switched to a smaller operator for the next two days and were much more satisfied.

Uma falta de respeito com horarios de embarque e desembarque, inclusive deixaram a gente sem transfer. fizemos o batismo que iria acontecer em 30 minutos porem foram 20. Alem disso o embarque seria das 14 as 16:30h porem foram MUITOS TURISTAS para poucos instrutores, ou seja., ENTUBARAM TODOS numa lancha e nao logo cumpriram horário desprogramando o seu dia. Caso você for um cara organizado e planeje o seu dia não façam com eles!!!!

Por medo quase desisti. Obrigada a toda a equipe de excelentes profissionais que me incentivaram, com todo apoio ,assistência, confiança e segurança para realizar meu sonho. Obrigada Natália por ser tão paciente comigo. Todos simpáticos e atenciosos.
