Andresa, who mans the front desk, is a rat of sunshine. The staff over all provided amazing recommendations, including buggie rental, boat tours, canoeing options and guide hire. They also went out of their way to make it as convenient as possible for us (e.g.the buggie rental was dropped off and picked up at the hotel for us, the hiking guide met as at the hotel in the morning). The rooms (we had the Sea view room) was spacious and had a veranda. Bathrooms and showers were modern. Breakfast was excellent, especially the fruit and chocolate cake. Special shout out to Felipe, our recommended guide and the catamaran rather than the crazy stuffed with 6-pack drinking 20 year olds boat tour alternative.
The Best Destination that we could ever have for our Honey moon. What an amazing paradise. Pousada Alto Mar was our home for a week... excellent services, amazing food, beautiful relax and clean. The day we left we promise to came back... I really recommend....
