The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. The food and drinks were great, many options for the free breakfast. Carol at the front desk was great, she helped us coordinate buggy rentals and where to go eat outside the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family, next level for sure!

Charming rooms. Attentive staff. Beautiful view of the defining landmark, a tall, basaltic peak. In the downside: No hot water in my shower even after the repairman tried to fix it: not enough English among the staff; and very strange locks on the exterior door.

One of the best options in the island, offering very comfortable rooms with space, clean and awesome service. The staff is perfect and does everything to fullfill guest needs!

Amazing service and an exceptional group of staff. The food and drinks at the hotel were some of the best! We had an amazing stay here and would love to go back!
