Probably the best Breakfast I ever had, the service is as high as from a Palace Hotel in Europe.nThe hotel is perfectly clean, the swimming pool is very chic. Overall I would give more than 5 stars if possible.nThank you very much for this amazing souvenir!

We loved our stay at Casas Brancas, it was delightful. The staff was prompt and courteous, the food was always excellent including at The Deck Restaurant. We loved looking out at the boats in the bay both day and night. My husband and I enjoyed pampered spa treatments. My only concern was that there were not enough handrails on the many, many sets of steps. It is really out of a safety concern that Casas Brancas install handrail, similar to the handrails that lead out of the back of the hotel over The Deck Restaurant. Customers both younger and older can certainly benefit from using handrails. When it rains the steps are slippery and the ledges are as well. I was concerned about slipping on the stone grounds. The lack of handrails would be my only concern about returning to Casas Brancas.

They do not accommodate guests with disabilities! I am disabled and they would not allow me to stay with my very small, well trained service animal. The lady on the phone today was very rude and said we absolutely could not stay there. Shame on you for not differentiating between a pet and a service animal. They are not the same and most hotels in the area understand this, but not you guys. It is not right to discriminate against disabled persons. So disappointed!
