Hotel Atlântico Rio

HmmmnI love their rooms in fact everything about is good except their WiFi it NEVER works,the air-conditioned never worked kept changing rooms until I got tired but breakfast was awesome.

This hotel is terrible in so many ways that I don't even know where to start.nnFrom the chaotic environment in lobby and restaurant, to the uncourteous, lying staff to the rooms with 24 hour grinding noise from the AC units outside the window, stained and worn-out linens and towels, awful mattresses and general wear and tear.nnWifi is horrible, unsurprisingly.nCould log in and check your email, if you are lucky, not much more.nnNot even mentioning the neighborhood. Third world caos every where.nnBooked it for three nights and was counting the hours until check-in.

I would give them cero stars...nIt was the worst experience. The housekeeping service took money from the safe. They literally laughed in our faces. The manager was very rude.nWe waist a whole day in the police station and it was our last day of vacation :)

Best Price ever, good service and include breakfast ..

Clean and tidy with good location. Not enough lifts for the no. Of rooms. And I didn’t find the staff very friendly. But it filled its purpose for a quite nights sleep and a place everyone knows.
