We booked a boat tour at this company. During the trip an excident happend and the boat got on fire. We lost all our stuff like phones etc.nnAn excident can happen but the way the owner handle it was so inhuman. She did ask anything and got angry when we asked for our money back. Not even if we are ok.nnAt the shop someone will help you book the tour in English and tell you the capitain will speak English. On the tour nobody speaks English and sometimes you have no idea whats going on.nnThe most horrible experience I ever had

I went to Ilha Grande with top transfert, it was great ! On spot, juliana and jeisi, two of the top transfert employees did everything they could to arrange the custom boat tour we wanted! We had a great week-end !

Empresa super desorganizada. A saída do cais em Ilha Grande tumultuada. Quando chegamos a Conceição o rapaz não tinha a lista dos passageiros para poder dividir entre as vans, gerando o primeiro atraso. A Quinze minutos depois que estávamos na estrada, o motorista recebi ordem para voltar porque 2 passageiros haviam ficado para trás. Falamos para ele não voltar enquanto não resolvessemos,mas ele não só obedeceu ao gerente da empresa. Até que insistimos para ele parar pq íamos chamar a polícia pois estávamos considerando cárcere privado e sequestro. Muito tempo depois ele recebeu ordem para seguir para o Rio. Ele ficou muito nervoso. Empresa péssima. Usem qualquer outra, menos essa.
