Service part is the worst one.... scenery was just awesome

If you are looking for a place to stay in Angra dos Reis then look no further. The hotel offers best with best two bedrooms aparment with ocean view balcony. One can relax at spa and nice swmming pool or take a boat ride to nearby islands right from the pier if the hotel.

Big rooms with two compartments. Around 40 square mtrs. Two separate air cond. unitsm Big balcony. Nice swimming pool and food. Internet slow and unstable.

POSITIVE: location, the swimming pool; employees were nice particularly the receptionist Sabrine; the breakfast; the bed. NEED TO BE IMPROVED: cleanness in mostly of the main areas are okay (reception, restaurant, swimming pool, bedroom), however so so in some other common areas (ex. sauna); the bedrooms promenade and the bedroom itself finishing is simple but adequate, however some details testify against, like a lid covering the old air conditioner hole, only one nightstand and a short blackout curtain. It seems they are renewing the bedrooms. NEGATIVE: lack of attention in details like an inexplicable vase in the bedrooms promenade made of an old asbestos water box with a totally dry bamboo

I booked this hotel as a stop before heading to São Paulo. The stay was not as I planned since I did have some issues in regards to my room and lunch. To be honest it was very disappointing. However, one of the managers - Isabela - made things right. I just want to thank her for listening to my concerns and taking action to solve them.
