Bad attendance on check-in, accor account members does receive any priority at all. Disrespectful to members holding reservation. Parking lot have just one employee to take care of the whole structure, very slow attendance, in fact an automatic parking system with proper security. would be way more efficient.

Employees are very kind and helpful. The check in could be improve and be more dynamic. Everything was really clean, the rooms are good but the spaces are really small (there is no room for the luggage). It’s worth the price.

Lucili is a very good staff. She says that she couldn't speak english very well, but it's a lie! Her pronunciation is very good. The one of all the Ibis hotels we called today at night (about 2:30 a.m.) that understood our accent and said us about the hotel.nIf I went to Porto Alegre, I will, for sure, stay in this nice hotel. And I'd like talk with Lucília again!

The room was very clean and organized, but there isn't a lot of space for luggage. All the employees are kind and polite. The breakfast is good, but lacks a good low carb option, eggs, for example.
