Pelotas was a nice town where stray dogs open up restaurant garbage bags on the street and all the students gather in the park on Friday nights. Pelotas is probably your best bet for yellow fever anywhere this far from the equator. It's the fresh water lagoons, I guess. Just bring some insect repellant and you'll be fine. Candy is the biggest industry here.

this city is at the bottom of the country, extremely far from the equator. You have to be really dumb to think that there is high vhance of getting yellow fever there. Other than that this city could be better for sure.
