I’am trying to make an appointment for my wife’s visa, but booking online doesn’t work and nobody answers the phone, very frustrating!Today 30/05/19 nearly a month since I posted this, and still not being able to get a place for my wife’s visa, a formality that it should have been dealt at London consulate, every day go online trying to book it not lucky! Terrible service, think twice sort it out your visa via the Federal Police in Florianopolis!nI

Very rude and they do not want to help at all, it is where tourists have to go yet no one speaks english.
