Poor service, we have waited more than 2 hours to check in.

Horrible stay, zero stars would best describe the staff and installation. The hotel seems to be stuck at the 80's. 6:30am and someone got locked in a bathroom of another room, funny just because the staff had to hammer the door down to have it opened, waking us up with all the noise. The room itself is very old, faucet and shower are rusted and dripping. The hotel seems to lack staff, with any simple ask taking several hours to be cared. With the exception of one of the employees who seems to be the one responsible for all the maintenance in the hotel, nothing else works.nWindows are dirt and the view from the 3rd floor is poor and sad.nHorrible stay, I don't recommend, and will never stay here again. With the wide range of options available in the city, I recommend you check other options. The pictures in the website are old and do not reflect the reality.

The food could do better. and the beach in the front is for suffers only. I still would go back here because the service was good, the staff very polite.
