In my opinion one of the best place in the historical center to have a lunch. This is a school where the students are cooking and making the service. There are two option of menu including starter, main plate and dessert. The service was nice. The quality of the food was really great and for sure will give you a good experience for the price.

Exceptional cost benefit relationship. Excelent food and environment for a very affordable price. You can try regional dishes, regional deserts and enjoy good wines and natural juices. If you are planning to visit the historical center, do not miss this opportunity.

I was not expecting to stumble across this in the old city centre. The price is slightly above the street food outside, but once you sit down you ask yourself if you're even paying enough. The service is top notch, and the food was exquisite. Many of the dishes are local specialities and I particularly recommend some of the fresh juices made of regional fruits (graviola and cupuaçu). If I'm ever lucky enough to backpack again around Brazil, I will certainly be stopping here.
