The good:nNew facilitynFriendly staffnVery nice sauna (actually a steam room)nVery nice hot tub (they call it hydro massage)nnThe bad:nConstruction very loud outside the window and we had to keep the window shut despite the beautiful weathernThe wifi didn't work at all! Would have it one minute and not the next this was very frustrating!nnThe first few days were very warm but the pool was very dirty. It took 3 days before we could use it and it was very cold by thennWe told the staff about problems and they made no effort to fix anything. They said they could do nothing about it.nnThey could have offered another room or given a discount.
