Seems to be a nice place to have a portuguese like food but we wen't at 11:45 and it was closed (in the notice at the door said that the restaurant opened at 11:30 am). The host in the main lobby wasn't Nice when we asked what time the restaurant open

A disaster! Bad service, slow service and not very good food... then not cheap .

Rooms were not clean. Only 1 towel per room, No shampoo (had to request it from reception as was charged R$15 for it). The quality of the customer service depended on the person attending you (the concierge was friendly and helpful, the owner/manager was occasionally rude and would take naps on the couch in the reception).nnIf you can, stay somewhere else. Not recommendable at all.
