I am giving 3 starts just because the museum has been close for years due to poor local government administration. Very said to see this place closed.nBut the building is beautiful from outside. And the garden is very nice. They should have at least the water fountain working. Would be much more attractive. It is located in a hill area so you have a beautiful view.nI really hope the government gives more attention to it. Just take by example the beautiful cities in Europa where they preserve and attract many tourists every year to see their museums and historical buildings. Even closed it is a nice place to visit.

Closed museum. Messy and dirty garden. Everything under construction and a lot of teenagers using drugs.
