Me and my wife really enjoyed being served and waited on for a few days! Everything that we needed was readily available and there was always someone to help when we needed it. The rooms were cleaned immediately after we asked, the breakfast service was delightful, and the pool was fantastic even in the rain! I loved how peaceful it was to be hidden in the sounds of nature. The staff was more than friendly, we loved Daniel. We took a bath and also had a massage here, the bath was highly recommend and during our bath we were given fresh fruit and juice. The restaurant was very high quality and we ate here very often would highly recommend the salmon. There's something intriguing about this place that we definitely would want to return in the future. A few very friendly notes for the owner - mattress pads would be a very great option to add to every guests check-in, the ability to choose the firmness of your mattress would be lovely as some people like my wife and I prefer a very soft mattress. If the TV was mounted high up on the wall at an angle we could watch from bed without propping our necks up to watch! Overall a very great experience we will be back!

Highly recommended. Beautiful place. In general, staff is very kind and gentle. Take care when parking. There are some trees which flowers could damage you car's painting. Food and drinks are a bit expensive compared to good restaurants in the region.

The place is comfortable, but the management is a mess. Ana for example refused to provide my partner and I with an extra soap and shampoo claiming that you can only have a new set every two nights. I was just appaled.

Nice upscale place but was better in the past. Was a great boutique hotel but has since been downgraded to a 'good pousada'. Don't get the wrong idea, it's lovely, beatiful even, it just lost some charm since our first stay here in 2013. Despite the recent renovations, for me it lost the 5th star in this price category due to setbacks in the amenities : no Internet in the rooms, slow/unusable Internet in the common areas, cheap towels, downgrade in body care products, 'Sky tv' but only 8 public channels, plastic shower curtains, ... Rest assured, nothing that will wreck your weekend just small things that can be fixed, if management cares to hear the feedback, which clearly they weren't interested in this weekend!
