Bad experience since the beginning:n1- lots of noise around with a bar close by having loud music most of the week until late time and drunk people on the street screaming, etc. funny fact: when watching the cops America games I know the goal scored before I see it on tv due a delay on my internet tv I hear the crowd at the bar shouting loll take the suspense out... Drivers honking the horn for security to open parking gate smh... Not to mention the DJ store next to the bar with more music that it feels like a party in my own place... just remembered airplanes every 10 minutes but you get used to it after a while.nn2- Doing laundry is a big problem: machines are not in good shape, drying takes hours and clothes still come out wet, you Are lucky if you find an unused machine which means more waiting/wasting time (you literally must dedicate half a day to do your laundry)... you must get the key from reception ... drop off your clothes at washer ... go back to reception give key back then pick up keys again for drying back to reception then pick up keys to get your clothes: insane!!!nn3- parking is a BIG TIME issue. First day with a car they opened the gate ... the second night did not allow me asking for a special authorisation making me really upset to the stomach had to call mgt, they apologised and blamed it on miscommunication they offered me a remote control since I’m staying for a long time but has been + 10 days and nothing... last night I waited more than 10 min for someone to open the gate... tonight they asked me to call reception before they can allow me in... INSANE!!! I have a large car and I struggle to park it in and outnn4- internet has been very slow that I complained, they claimed a technician fixed it... did a new speed test and kudos it is much quicker but I think they must have upgraded my internet package to faster one.nn5- the coach is too close to the tv but survivablenn6- they accept pets and I’m allergic. Nobody’s fault though it’s my problemnn7- security must unlock the door for you to get in and out if not at their desk you will have to wait. They have finger print access option. I was told it does not work however I saw a resident getting in using the finger print option :0nn8- etc.nnThat said I’m gonna get the heck out of here not even half way through my 9 months contract and advice against this place.

O novo conceito em moradia. Os prédios da VitaCon são bem parecidos no estilo. São bonitos, modernos, acessíveis... Pra quem não mora, aluga em modelos curtos de contratação, se sente num flat (sem os serviços). Pra quem mora, usufrui dos conceitos de lavanderia, bike, etc compartilhados. O VN do Quatá tem uma área linda de convivência no 6 andar. O que peca, como em todo outro empreendimento da empresa, são os ambientes lindos impecáveis sem ar condicionado, por exemplo. Vale a pena reavaliar esse conceito todo moderno e implantar ar condicionado nas entregas dos empreendimentos, VitaCon. ;)

ótimo para morar ou passar uma temporada, lugar seguro e perto de tudo, muito bom , recomendo para todos.

Péssimo. Vim a trabalho com mais um amigo. Chegamos no hotel e a parte do banheiro onde possui a privada estava sem porta. Conversamos com o Caíque, administrador da unidade, onde ficou de ou arrumar a porta ou nos realocar em outra unidade. Não ocorreu nenhum dos dois. Não recomendo. Péssima experiência.
