For a budget hotel, I get that it has to do away with certain features. But I just wish they were more honest about the lack of those features. For example, they said the only difference was a minibar and landline phone. But i. Reality the budget room is very small, the toilet is in a room that barely fits me inside, lacks shampoo, conditioner. It would be nice if they explain these little details. This hotel in particular is located in a shady area and arriving at night I felt a bit uncomfortable.

Staff is very efficient providing a very good service. Rooms are clean and everything looks new (mattress is firm and no depression where you sleep). But parking lot is a mess!! Most of the time just one person there to receive and deliver the cars - so most often there are lines to get in and out by car. Also they always move your seat!! (that might be a thing of mine but I'd like to get my car the way I delivered it without the need to adjust seat and mirrors)

Excelent location. Rooms are new and clean design. Staff very receptive and prices worth the cost benefit. The only negative pointer concerns about the toilet box: Very very small. A taller person just wont fit in that when door is closed.

It's a Ibis budget so you know what to expect: small and simple. The fact we have to pay extra for storing luggage in the hall is ridiculous, but the staff was amazing and gave us the biggest room since we have a baby and a lot of stuff.
