A huge disappointment.nFor the amount charged per night, we could not believe how much of a let down our hotel stay was. We paid roughly R$2,800 for three nights.nnFirstly, the rooms all face the lobby, so not only can everyone hear you, but you can hear everything going on in other rooms.nnOur room was dirty upon checking, with long hairs all over the bathroom sink and shower.nThe room smelled of mold, and had a damp sent that didn’t disappear.nThe fridge in our room had a sign in it stating that it isn’t supposed to keep food cold, it just keeps it an ambient temperature.nThere is no iron for you to press your clothes, and no coffee pot to make your own coffee.nnThe hotel is right next to a small pousada/inn that’s a much cheaper establishment—-and the patrons of that place were loud and booming music all hours of the night, all weekend.nnBreakfast was practically inedible. All of the breads were dry, we found short hairs in our eggs, and the juices were clearly powdered.nnThe hotel room service is a joke—we ordered 3 espressos and waited over 30 minutes for them to be delivered (they’re literally just Nespresso, so the wait is absolutely unjustified).nnThe bartender staff couldn’t properly make the drinks on their own menu, and even with no other patrons at the pool/rooftop bar, we waited close to 30 minutes for our drinks while the bartender was playing on his phone.nnI wouldn’t choose this hotel again if it was the last place available in Guarujá.nnExtremely disappointed.

There are lots of improvements that need to be done in order for Falls to claim they are a 4 star hotel. During our stay we ran into numerous issues:nn1. The WI-FI is abysmal. It’s slow and only allows up to 3 devices to be connected with your login. We could only connect 2 and had to use a separate login for our 3rd device. We had to continually reconnect and login as the network wouldn’t stay connected during our entire stay.n2. The ‘do not disturb/please clean the room’ sign was ridiculously confusing. There was an option for ‘clean room’ and ‘dirty room.’ ‘Clean room’ meant that you were requesting for them to come and clean the room while ‘dirty room’ meant you wished to leave the room dirty. We attempted both ways to no avail and had to request our room be cleaned at the front desk multiple times.n3. Speaking of cleanliness, the bed sheets and towels supplied were not the cleanest. Multiple stains on each even though they claimed to have been ‘clean.’n4. Noise. We have never stayed at such a noisy hotel. Noise echoes throughout the lobby and you can hear when any guest on your floor leaves their room or even is using their bathroom. You can hear staff rummaging through their closet to get cleaning supplies etc.n5. Amenities. There are no cups, no table, etc. for you to sit and enjoy in your room. There is a tiny table out on your patio, but that’s about it. The room comes with a safe, but our safe was inoperable when we first arrived and needed to have it replaced before we could use it.nnThe complimentary breakfast and afternoon tea are nice. The pool area is also great, but the continuous problems with the room are too much to overlook to ever stay at The Falls in the future.

The hotel is clean, new and well located. Service was very slow and too pricey.

Hotel has a great location. If you are looking for luxury this is not the place. Ar condition is far from great, Parking garage is really tied, you can barely park. Garage spots not made for today's cars. Restaurant is very limited. Their menu doesn't offer a variety of foods. Room service doesn't refill the fridge, if your are out of water and is after 10pm you will have to grab a Uber and go to the market. Room service after 10pm is closed. I'm giving 3 stars because the room after all is clean. FALLS must improve significantly in order to charge what they charge.
