Stayed here for a week for a wedding in Sao Paolo. Great location, friendly staff, and amazing shopping pretty much connected to hotel !!

Definitely not 4 star. One general theme in Sao Paulo is that the staff are always friendly and helpful

Very good hotel, not cheap comparing with near by other hotels. It has a very good pool and gym. Rooms were improved on the latest years, more silent and a lot more TV channel options. Every time I get a similar price as the near by hotels, I choose this one.

WiFi is terrible. Maybe it is a 200iq move to stop guests from reducing the rating?nnBreakfast is nice. Hotel is at the end of refurbishment cycle noticed at the pool and in the elevator especially. Rooms seems to be have been given a more recent update. Airco was loud in the first room they gave so requested a change.
Similar place
