Praia Da Azeda

One of the best beaches in Búzios (in my opinion). Try to go early when there's hardly anyone around. Next to Azeda beach there's also Azedinha beach (small Azeda) which is also nice (when there's less people around).

Beach is wonderful and a must see. But sadly is very crowded. There is no place for anything and the shops try to charge 40/50 Reals to stay under the umbrella. there is no consume to stay like in other places. I went on March but maybe out of season this get better

The beach that I liked the most from all buzios, the water is very calm and the space is not massive but it is more than enough for everyone to enjoy the place without feeling of overcrowding. If you are staying in the city center to get here is very simple and fast, there's no need to pay any transportation, it can take you mamixum 20 mins walking of course depending on how fast you go. There you will find small businesses that you can get drinks and food from, I found the price range at this beach to be good, not extremely over priced like others but you can save by bringing your own food and drinks. Something to be aware of this beach is, at least at the time I went to, there were no umbrellas to rent or where you can sit from any of this small businesses, there's no shadow at all so you will have to be under the sun if you are not used to this I recommend you to go to another beach where you will be more comfortable. There are also no public toilets at this beach.
