Best restaurant of Buzios.

The food was very good, and they had great Kombucha. The pace is a bit run down, but definitely worth a visit. Compared to general prices in Buzios very economic, tasty and people are friendly. Be aware, the bathroom currently does not work, so make sure to go before : )

Absolutely loved my meal! The owner and chef, José Roberto, is as kind and generous as anyone I’ve met in Brasil (and he loves to chat and will patiently converse in Portuguese with you, no matter how rough your Portuguese). There is no menu, he prepares an entire meal for the day and serves you what he has for the day. I had soup and bread as my starter, then main with rice, what he calls jackfruit “pie” (sooooo good!), potatoes, a salad, and hummus with tahini, PLUS a wonderful apple pie(ish) dessert, all for just 25reais! Amazing value!!! This place is SOOO much better than the other (way more trendy but expensive) vegan restaurant on Rua das Pedras. Wish I had skipped that entirely and come here both days during my visit!!

Very lovely place with great woners. The food was delicious and the price great, but they only accept cash!

We came here three times in a row and would have come more often if we could! The food is delicious and the family very welcoming! If you have the chance and like good vegan food, go visit!
