Bella Vista Ocean View

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They put me in a room below the category I'd paid for. The room was under the water pump, which would go off every 2 seconds - very noisy including during the night. I paid for balcony and sea views and all I had was a dark, damp, noisy room. Asked to change rooms and nobody ever got back to me with an answer. Unhelpful staff, less than basic breakfast (which was always late by the way). I left earlier and am now claiming a refund and telling them they shouldn't advertise rooms the way they do, because it's NOT WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE. They have been IGNORING me for 2 weeks now.

First class pousada. Bella Vista Really does have the correct name!

I loved to stay in this hotel. This hotel have a beautiful view and the roons are confortable. But just have breakfast.

Amazing view on Buzios! Very friendly and helpful staff! Rooms were OK. Breakfast OK. But I had/saw better rooms and breakfast.
