Venturini Viagens

We have booked a day trip from Buzios to Arraial do Cabo with Venturini and it was one of the worst touristic experience ever. They used a 50place bus instead of a small van and we had to wait for many people to come. The staff never stop to talk loud and try to spill us more money during the trip. The bus stopped in a parking very far from the Arraial do Cabo harbour and we had to walk until there under the sun with kids and the staff pushing us and treating us like farm animals. The boat was dirty with loud horrible music. They used a flexiboat to reach the beaches and it was so dirty and full that it was well beyond every hygienic or safety rules. On our way back we had to walk back through Arraial do Cabo but the bus had disappeared leaving us waiting under the sun for half an hour. We finally had lunch at 5pm in a sad, poor place inside a Shopping Mall in Cabo Frio. Last but not least, inside of driving us back to the hotel they stopped in the middle of the street and put us on a taxi (we were 6 so another time well beyond any safety rules). If you are looking for a poor, sad, mass tourism experience with absolutely no charme nor security, then Venturini is the right choise.

Contratei um carro alugado, ficaram de ir até a pousada no primeiro horário disponível, mas não cumpriram. Eu tinha hora para chegar aonde ia e chegaram super atrasados. Disseram que a pousada se confundiu com o horário, informação que não corresponde, já que eu estava junto no momento que a pousada ligou e passaram o horário corretamente. Depois justificaram dizendo que foram no horário e a pousada disse para retornar mais tarde, informação que também checamos e não era verdade. No fim do dia ainda o responsável pela agência me mandou mensagem dizendo que eu não havia pago a diária do carro. Sendo que paguei em dinheiro no ato da retirada, informação que poderia ter sido confirmada com as câmeras de segurança inclusive, que constam eu fazendo o pagamento. Enfim, não recomendo, de jeito nenhum

The service is disastrous. Do not hire any service, they are advised ... We are 45 minutes ago waiting for a bus on the side of the route. An incredible disorganization, a 5 year old baby can make a better itinerary than these people. I will not return, I will not recommend and try to alert as many people as possible about these scammers.
