PIER TOUR BUZIOS

HORRIBLE AGENCY - OVERCHARGES TOURISTS AND YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT THEY PROMISE! BUYER BEWARE! I paid $60 each for a boat trip and was handed a brochure showing free drinks, water, and snorkel mask. Boat crew said the brochure was for a "different" boat and wanted $10 each for drinks and $25 to use a mask. Went back to the agency and complained and requested my money back. They would not help and then threatened legal action... DO NOT USE THE AGENCY AT THE HEAD OF THE PIER IN BUZIOS!

Picked up in pick up truck at 8am and didn't see boat until lunchtime in Araiel do Cabo after painful 1.5 hr journey in very old battered bus. No food on board boat and 'lunch included' not seen until back on land at 4pm. Some guys allowed onto boat at one point from a tender with absolutely disgusting shrimp that smelled rotten..presumably to sell. However views amazing and well worth a visit but consider your tour operator carefully and what they promise.

Venderam um passeio no barco, e foi orientado que o barco estava no pier esperando-nos e não disseram qual barco seria, só tinha um barco saindo do pier e acabamos embarcando nesse, mas o barco do passeio era outro. Passeio totalmente diferente da rota proposta. Pois não foi ninguém da agência orientar-nos em qual barco estaria esperando a gente. Quando voltamos ainda teve coragem de dizer que foi nossa culpa que atrasamos o passeio, e muito grosseiro a forma que foi tratada está situação. Câmera alugada não vale a pena, péssima qualidade.
