Very impolite employees who gave zero information when booking the tour to Cabo Frio. I cannot even believe people take that tour for fun ! You're going by bus to Cabo de Arraial and then wait an hour in the mess before being able to enter a way to crowded boat. Where we had to wait almost another hour while they kept on filling the boat with more people, we ended up having hardly space to sit. Then to be able to reach the beach there is one small inflatable boat that brings you, what means at least 125 people are standing in a queue to be able to go. The beach is literally filled with a couple of thousand people and is a huge mess. After 15 minutes the boat was picking up people again, I don't know where I'd prefer to stay longer though, the boat and beach were both too crowded and messy anyway. After the first nice stop we had a similar stop at another beach on the other side of the bay. I was even doubting to make the trouble to go back into the inflatable boat and stay on the crowded beach. Maybe even the most ridiculous part was that after the impressive boat trip we ended up crossing the whole city to exit at a shopping mall to have lunch. And this was the only place where we got some free time, we ended up staying 1.5h in a shopping mall on a supposedly boat and beach trip!? We thought we would get a nice boat trip and be able to swim and visit some nice beaches, but it was overall horrible. When we went back to this office they did not care at all and took their hands off the trip in general. Well the trip is way too bad to even sell and we are unable to speak with the responsible organiser. It is a joke, don't go here and especially don't even consider booking this trip !
