I'll keep on coming here This is a family-oriented traditional hotel, in a quaint Switzerland-inspired facility, quite romantic, that offers a lot to their guests. I've come to this place with my extended family for years, in fact my parents honeymooned at SM decades ago. What I like: - Beautifully located in several acres of wild greenery, manicured lawns, a small pond and farm animals. Great place to hang out with friends or just contemplate nature and meditate. The restaurant is surrounded by windows, facing trees, a pond, and a large stretch of lawn; the floors of the main hotel are the old beautiful parquet flooring, waxed daily. There are chalets and the main hotel building. - Delicious and ridiculously generous food. Forget about your intermittent fasting -- these guys feed you well. The daily spreads have a variety of salads, entrees and desserts. They can make food to order, in case you're on a special diet. Cachaça is on the house at the little adjacent bar. - The wait staff will do anything for you, that's the feeling, and they are pretty serious about it. - They honor family, and provide camp activities for children (horseback riding, games, animal feeding, cooking, sports; babysitting for the little ones is available too); there's a separate area in the restaurant for the kids with their own limited-palate buffet. My kids roam freely at São Moritz, and I don't even look back. It's amazing. They make new friends everytime we go. - The hotel offers activities for adults, such as games, eco-hiking and exercise classes. - They have a charming Swiss flag-inspired pool. I don't think it's heated. - Other amenities: Wi-Fi, paddle boats, horses, massage, tennis lessons, a small gym, sauna, a small heated pool in the sauna area, "Recreadores" (camp leaders, such as Mr. Coelho), a very fun indoor slide for kids, ping pong table, fusball, TV, game room. In the months of June and July, they host a fun Festa Junina. What they need to improve on: - Update some of the furniture such as sofa in the lounge or TV areas. - Resurface the tennis courts - Heat the main pool - Update the sauna area (showers not working properly in the ladies room, issues with dry sauna recently) I would bring my family back to San Moritz in a heartbeat!

The best Ranch/Hotel in the region. Superb food. Very cosy. Beautiful scenery. Fantastic for kids with its mini farm with all animals interacting with kids. Kind staff. Reasonable pricing. The best in the region

Beautiful location and good food! The place is a bit worn down though, and the rooms are old and don't feel very fresh...
