Very helpful staff decent breakfast would stay again

Ibis is a basic hotel. all rooms are the same. Made silver, then gold membership and rooms are the same. no gym, no pool. is a good place just to sleep. Staff are very good and accommodating. Good people work there.

Came into Rio off of a 26 hour bus from Iguazu. Check in was smooth and quick and room was exactly what we wanted! Had a great breakfast and even a complimentary 3pm check out which was extremely appreciated after the bus trip! Thanks to the guy working reception the morning of our check out, he was very helpful and kind. I also loved that reception and restaurant staff always came together to help each other, you don't always see that in hotels! Thank you for a great stay.

I stayed at Ibis budget hotel in June. The staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and neat and so are the bed clothes and towels. The hotel is well located in the city centre of Rio close to the main tourist attractions, restaurants, shops and three metro stations. I highly recommend Ibis budget hotel in the city centre of Rio to everyone.

The room was clean but fairly basic. There was only one shampoo and no shower gel, just a bar of soap. The room had a fridge, TV and safe which were useful. If the TV had English subtitles or you could change the audio that would be great.
