Great tour ! The guys were really nice and let me join last minute to the tour. You get to hike a beautiful trail and kayak on the iguaçu river to eventually see some very nice waterfalls and river. They take pictures for you and send afterwards. One of my highlights of my trip in the South of Brazil. Not too hard for a sport person. There were children on this trip and it didn't seem hard for them. Great thing to do after seeing the falls.

Great trip! You will have to exercise a bit more than in your typical holiday trip, since the hike is not super easy and there is the canoeing part, but both my kids, 5 and 7-years old, loved it. The whole thing takes around 3h. Do bring some water, insect repellent and, if you have kids, maybe a towel for them if the weather is not that hot.
Very nice visuals and safe trip.
Definitally the best nature-related experience You will ever get in Iguassu. Besides the amazing scenary of the Iguassu River and forest around it the staff is super friendly and highlty trained. It really worth to chech it out if You are looking for a deeper conection of sports, river and forest.
