This place has it's issues but I had a good experience here the last two times I took my son here. We went in a group and a few people no showed, the theater gave us refunds, gift tickets, with no hassle at all. Also, we accidentally bought ticks to a dubbed movie and they let us exchange for a subtitled movie with no hassle. The manager Gabriella was super nice.
