Orlanova Hotel

NEVER HAD A MORE DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY LIFE! DON’T BOOK WITH THEM!!! I arrived at hotel and there was a power outage. Something that was expected to be resolved in a few hours but wasn’t resolved for over 8 hours. This is apparently something that happens often there. I requested a refund because I would prefer not to stay. My phone was at 10% battery life and since I was a tourist in the city I wanted to have it available for coordinating activities the next day. I spoke to the manager on duty, Delfina, who said it was okay to leave and that they would issue the refund once power was back on. After the event and contacting them multiple times, they refused to provide the refund do as promised and became unresponsive. They lied to us, we lost our money with them, and had to pay for another place to stay. Extremely disappointing experience to say the least!

Essen muito bom / very good, one dinner was perfect. The following day: The Receptionist / Waiter didn't see us for 20 Minutes. We took the menu, we ordered the dinner - after that an another ten Minutes, he showed up at our table, to clean it.

Save yourself from a vacation nightmare! This is the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. The place is dirty and has roaches. They’re not properly equipped and had a power outage when I was there. It was already dark and all of the guests were sitting outside hoping and waiting for the light to some back on. I arrived at this scene and figured I would request not to check in and avoid staying there altogether they agreed but did not honor the commitment. SAVE YOURSELF THIS NIGHTMARE OF A PLACE!

Terrible in every aspect! Feels like you’re very close to some sketchy unsafe areas. Yes, its by the beach but don’t let that fool you. It’s not a place I would recommend walking around during nighttime. Very sketchy, dirty, and rude staff!

HOW IS THIS PLACE EVEN OPEN? There’s little to no regulation going on here. Dirty place, power lines dragging low, large bedsheet stains, no soap and to top it off awful customer service. I never write reviews, this is my first time and I made it a point to do so because this place is dishonorable, I can’t believe they’re allowed to operate legally…
