Queiroz Diver

I recommend this company if you are an inexperienced diver. My boyfriend and I did the batismo, which is a diving experience for those who aren’t certified. The crew drove us to the beach, took us out on a boat to a nice area, and gave us thorough instructions. 1st time divers: You don’t have to do anything but breathe, relax, and enjoy! The instructors will fully guide your underwater experience. My instructor was Augusto- he was awesome! It was beautiful: Water was clear and I got to see a variety of colorful fishes and coral, a huge turtle, and even a sea horse! I was underwater for a full 40 minutes. However, I would reserve about 3 hours of your day for this. You will need time to suit up and the crew needs to load the boat with all the equipment. Very professional! Also, I recommend purchasing pictures, the photographer does a great job.

Very nice atmosphere among the crew. Time schedule and organization are not super tight but it works well. The “turismo” package is well worth the price. Equipment not new, but suffices largely. Coral is in good condition. My lovely instructor, spouse of the owner, was able to point out a myriad of different species, including three species of snails. Very good experience, can recommend them wholeheartedly.
