Cara gostei mto quando fui tirar meu passaporte o pessoal foi super educado nota 10

O atendimento para realizar a emissão do passaporte foi bom e rápido, porém a recepcionista na entrada (tem uma mesa com duas atendentes) que verificam os documentos e agendamento foi totalmente sem simpatia e grosseira. Ela deveria ser mais gentil ao conferir e passar as informações para as pessoas mas parecia estar mais interessada em conversar com a colega e despachar as pessoas para a sala de espera do que realizar o seu trabalho com educação. Os demais funcionários foram ótimos e receptivos!
