Poor experience. Not even close to the top notch experience marketed on the website. The control systems barely work. The room had to be powered off to restart. The sauna and the smart tv app never did. The jacuzzi had hair tufts stuck to the jets. The pool water seemed clean but the area behind it was also disgusting. The food was ok, but service was terrible. Missing components in dinner had us eating separately, tapioca tasting like scrambled eggs in breakfast had me leaving on an empty stomach to work (I'm vegan and said so on the reservation and when the food was requested). The room had a single male (large) and a single female (small) slipper. Not great if you're a gay couple composed of two 6'3" guys. On our way out, they billed us absurdly incorrectly. The initial bill was an added R$ 245. Got down to R$ 81 total, by the end, as most items were doubled or were already included in the Lush sensation offer. I'm thoroughly disappointed and had way better experiences in supposedly lower end hotels.

The room was amazing but the app to control the room didn't work, it stuck on the confirmation email and when I tried to login it said I need a valid account and when I tried to confirm my email it got stuck on the creating account screen. Besides that it was an amazing night.

Really good motel. Small and comfortable.

They have awesome room design and all workout very well. The app of the motel controls all the functionalitys of the room and all the employees are discreet. Maybe they need some service to stream your media on TV (Chromecast for example), but is just that.
