Very poor service, old rooms, the garage spaces are a joke very small and compacted so you should consider the car size you're getting. The hotel in general is not very well managed because the staff apparently is not focused in customer satisfaction or to retain customer loyalty which is the brand of all Holiday Inn

Extremely cozy place. The terrace with the short walk trail is amazing. It has a great view of the avenue. The room is big and breakfast is great. I will come back for sure

Old room needs to be renewed, Windows partially broken. Too much noise from avenue. When I called reception to ask to change rooms they told me that would return with a answer but never did. I tried to call back but they have put me on hold forever. Receptionist could be more polite. Room has good space, the bed is big and comfortable if you can sleep with noise... Working desk is good however the chair is really for working, too cheap.

No bed spread cover, all the seats in the bar are falling apart. Good luck a) finding a person to make you a drink and b) then having the stock in house. Bring your own tooth picks and floss for the meat. The fish was well received though. No hot water last night to shower with. Very poor layout of power points in the bed room, air con drips water in the room, mould in the shower, had to continually have room key re cut ............. As an IHG member this is a very poor example of the standard they try to portray.

It needs to be renovated , the building was old and I saw cracks on the wall. It's not worthier for the money we spent for the stay. But I do enjoyed the breakfast and dinner there. It was great.
