Restaurante Chafariz

We came here based on a recommendation from the tourist office (close by) and it was a good choice. We had the grilled fish for 2 and this came with potato and rice. A little spicy sauce would have made all the better.

Very honest price and good fresh food. The Bolinho de Bacalhau are excellent.

No English spoken, but there is a special price on a selected menu which is extremely cheap. Just log on to their wifi to decipher the dishes. Very cheap and food isn't bad at all - just what you expect for the amount you pay (if you stick to the deal menu). Lots of mosquitos.

When I'm in Paraty, I have to have the caldeirada at this place.
