I liked it. I don't know about information in other languages than Portuguese. They have a very good map of the city and places around on the shore. They did give good tips on how to avoid busiest places and still see what Paraty has to offer.

They do not response to your emails, questions. What R they for?

They dont care about you..., even in portugaise with my wife from BR... and in english, even so the place you ask for is close and they knew it, they tell you to go.... I've try 3 times just to be sure if the confusion come from me but no. Eles nao se importam com o cliente !

Devido a pandemia, achei que o local estava fechado, precisei dar volta no prédio para perceber que estava aberto. Deveria estar melhor sinalizado. A pessoa que me atendeu foi educada, entretanto não me ajudou em nada pois não havia mapas disponíveis...
