Got a ticket from Rio-SP on last Aug-17 at late evening. The schedule flight never updated after almost two hours delay, they cancelled the flight and tried to accomodate us in other airline company. Nobody gave us proper information how to proceed and get the other flight, like if we were used to all that mess stuff. We walked around like blind people trying to get information from other passengers in the same situation and twice we had to get through customs due to the incompetence of the staff.

O primeiro atendimento foi confuso na hora de despachar a bagagem, tive dificuldades em imprimir as etiquetas no totem e tive q ficar na fila para a atendente fazer isso mas de resto, tudo ótimo.
