Well I'm being generous with two stars. Little choice in Pacaraima. Rooms old, dirty. Beds and linens from 1950s. Mattress is pretty much bed springs wrapped in diery fabric. Even mosquitos avoid the pool. Breakfast is very limited. Security is quasi non-existent. What can one expect for $30 a night, I guess.

If you end up thinking about staying here, you probably have your reasons. It’s too late to get out of this town and your car is too small to sleep in there. If that is the case, you can get a bed under a roof here. Most of the time with power and running water, and even WiFi if you are on the second floor. Just don’t expect it to be clean or the staff - and this is unforgivable, given this is Brasil - to be polite or even friendly. But then, again, you probably have no other choice anyway.
