If the activities (day in lencois) went well, the agency is very disappointing for several reasons: - the manager very unfriendly, even unpleasant (unlike the rest of the staff); - very little (if any) information on the progress of activities & logistics; - frequent changes, at any time, in the organization (departure delayed by 2h, the previous day at 23h for the next morning); - an obvious lack of internal communication between the manager and her staff. They can provide a stay in the Sao Luis region, but other agencies are certainly more pleasant, efficient and communicative.
