The worst car hire experience I have ever had. It took over 50 minutes at the desk for them to process our simple pre ordered car rental. This is not including the time waiting to even be seen which is also ages with a ticketing system. The staff were rude, super slow and could not understand basic information. I cannot understand how they have been employed for this job.

Best price in town for car rental, good service and quick check in and out ,wide choice of new cars,they have free shuttle service to and from the airport.

The prices are reasonable, the problem is the time to get the car... I have spend 1 h or more to get the rented car... the attendant are too slow. On the other hand, the offered car is different from the actual car, for example, if you rented a Hyundai H20 actually they will deliver you a "similar" car (because in the website is offered H20 or similar"), that in mostly cases is a less comfortable car.
